Vintage Pair Chalkware Ballerina Lamps - Kitsch Mid century Lighting - Male & Female Dancers - Retro Home Decor

A vintage and super kitschy pair of table lamps that match each other. They each feature a chalkware male and female ballerina. The pair are wired and have old electrical plugs - they do work, and each lamp lights.

This pair, that are very mid century kitsch, are a pale tan (with peach overtones) and gray in color. The hair and skin are the grey paint while the outfits are the light tan color.

The lamps hold a single light bulb.

The male and female dancers that are standing with the male holding the female ballerina.

The dancers have light tan hair and the gray skin. Their shoes are also the gray paint. The bases are a roundish freeform shape - see photos.

Each lamp measures approx. 14" high to the top of the light fixture housing. The bases are 6" wide and the ballerinas are about 5 1/2" deep.

They each weigh 3 1/2 lbs.: a total of 7 lbs. before packaging for shipment.

In nice vintage condition with no cracks or chips in the chalkware. There is some discoloration, wear and chipping of the paint consistent with their mid century age. It looks like there are some spots that were re-painted / touched up here and there - see photos for detail. It would be recommended to update/replace the old cords as these are old lamps and with the original electrical cords.
