Beautiful solid brass colonial Williamsburg (Virginia) trivet of William and Mary.
Trivet by Virginia Metalcrafters - 1950. The brass cypher is the royal monogram of William and Mary of England. Copyright 1950, also stamped Williamsburg on the underneath.
Lovely trivet! Very unique and ornate.
On the back it is stamped:
Copyright 1950
William and Mary Cypher - Williamsburg
Measures approx. 8” long x 6” wide. It is about 7/8” high.
In nice vintage condition, with slight signs of use commensurate with vintage age which is mid century.
Great for dining table accent!
