Very mid century glass condiment server with an atomic gold and turquoise design on the two glasses. The glasses are rocks sized and have a tapered shape.
The 2 glasses have gold metal lids that have a hole in them where the serving spoons go through. There are two clear plastic serving spoons in the set.
The two glasses sit in a gold metal holder that has a loop handle for easy grabbing on the top. The handle is movable and can be moved to one side or the other. There are 2 small gold metal ball feet on the bottom at each side of the holder. The top rim of the metal holder has a scalloped edge.
Nice mod shape to both of these glass pieces that sit inside a gold tone metal holder - all in a very mad men style!
Measurements:
- The glasses measures 3 1/3" high. Top opening is 3 1/2" in diameter.
- Lids - 3 1/2" diameter. The elongated knob on the lid is 1 1/3" high
- Spoons - 5" long
- Holder - 8 1/2" long x 7 1/2" high when handle is all the way up
In nice vintage condition with very slight wear from storage that is commensurate with an item that is circa 1950s or 1960s. Looks like this was never used.
While this is meant to be a condiment server, the two glasses and holder could also be used as barware. (Just remove the lids and spoons. )
