Vintage Set 4 Federal Glass Co Beer Glasses Silver / Platinum Rim Band - Four Mid century Mad Men era Barware Stein
A vintage set of four Federal Beer glasses with a wide silver or platinum band at the top and another wise band at the bottom. They have an unusual hourglass shape.
Each glass has the Federal Glass Company hallmark stamp on the bottom - see lady photo.
The set of four steiner glasses is mid century in age when silver bands on glassware was all the rage. This style was inspired by the designer Dorothy Thorpe, and was made popular again in recent years with the hit series Mad Men.
They are in fair to nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is light wear to the silver or platinum bands commensurate with vintage age - see photos for detail where some of the silver has worn away. Item price reflects condition.
