Beautiful vintage glass apothecary jar with a lid that stands high with the lid on. The top has a wonderful wafer and an ornate elongated knob on the lid. There is a raised pattern on the lid.
A retro glass lidded jar features a floral pattern thst is raised. This flower and leaf design is in the center of a frosted glass oval. The floral oval appears three times around this tall jar.
The base is clear glass with a floral designs.
This retro glass jar is not marked but best estimate this is circa 1990s.
This jar and lid is quite heavy, and as such, I would guess it is leaded glass. It weighs 5 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
Measurements:
Height - 14 1/2" tall with lid on, 9 1/2" without the lid on
Top opening diameter - 5"
Base Diameter - 4 1/2"
Lid alone is 5" high.
The tall glass lidded home decor apothecary or display jar is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Very light wear commensurate with vintage age - looks wonderful!
