A vintage glass bowl that is a frosted white glass with white flowers and green leaves all over the exterior. The interior is plain frosted glass, while the design of white flowers with green centers and green leaves are all around this bowl. This retro serving bowl is signed on the bottom side section “Dasinski" in green. It has a unique tapered shape with a 1" high base that then widens quickly up to the top giving it a mod look.
NOTE: The Pasinski designs were created by Washington Pasinski, He was a Mid-Century cocktail glassware designer, most known for his raised-pattern designs, ornate geometric patterns and the use of encrusted 22-karat gold on his pieces. Paskinski's 22-karat gold filigree and avocado green geometric designs were the most popular items used for entertaining during mid-century.
This retro serving, punch or salad bowl measures 6" high and has a 10 1/2" diameter. The base has a 4 1/2" diameter.
This retro bowl is quite hefty, weighing in at nearly 4 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
This flowery bowl could be used for salad, fruit or as a display piece as it is a cheerful piece with its frosty floral design. It is circa 1970s.
