Great two piece round glass, gold tone metal and wood handled dish or tidbit tray with bold gold and brassy colored designs with on the glass. There is a glass plate that sits in a metal frame. The metal frame has a wooden handle in the center top of the frame.

Great vintage mid century item signed by Georges Briard on the glass dish that sits inside the metal holder. See NOTE about Georges Briard below.

This retro serving dish features some great mid century designs including crowns, leaves, dots, lines, swirls, atomic style and other patterns common in the 1950s and 1960s and typical of Georges Briard. See NOTE below.

The round tidbit tray has an 8 1/4” diameter and is 5” high.

NOTE:
Georges Briard was a noted, award winning designer in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. He is most well known for his signature dishware and glassware - everything from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes.

In nice vintage condition with no cracks. Slight wear on the gold upon close inspection — see photos for detail.
