Vintage 8 piece set consisting of a ceramic teapot and set of three matching cups and saucers. They are an off-white color and feature a yellow rose with a green stem on one side of each piece. The top knob on the lid is on the shape of a rosebud - a nice touch on a very sweet mid century or earlier set.
This retro 8 piece tea set has a classic style with an Art Deco handle on the teapot and a round pedestal base. It is a retro tea service that would be beautiful to use as well as being a great display piece.
Teapot is 7" high with the lid on. It is 5 1/4"high without the lid on. The retro teapot is 8" wide from tip of spout to the end of the handle on the other side. It is 5" in diameter at the widest part. The base has a 3 1/3" diameter.
Hallmarked USA on the bottom of each cup.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some slight wear and light crazing commensurate with vintage age which is mid century or earlier - see photos for detail.
A great vintage item for a party, shower, anniversary or any special occasion - or just for afternoon tea!
