Vintage Blue Danube Mug - Retro Mid century Blue on White Flower Floral w/ Openwork Handle Made in Japan
A Blue Danube mug with its distinctive Meissen blue floral designs against a white background. This retro ceramic mug had a very unique handle that is open. There is a scalloped blue ring on the outside top and inside rim of this mug.
The Blue Danube pattern was made in Japan beginning in 1951 and is now discontinued.
Measurements:
Width: 3 1/8" including the handle
Height: 3 1/4"
Top opening has a 2 1/2" diameter
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
