Adorable small sterling silver bell charm on a sterling chain. The bell has etched Southwest designs on it that include one that looks like water, one that is a triangle (face) with two eyes and a mouth and some ziz zag lines on the thinner sides of the bell. The little bell has a clapper that moves around charm just like a real full-sized bell. This charm has a tag that says COLORADO on one side and STERLING BY BELL with a hallmark symbol on it. This charm necklace is mid century - circa 1960s.
The bell necklace came with the original little tag that held the charm from Bell of Albuquerque. The tag says STERLING SILVER and has the hallmark for Bell of Albuquerque on the side.
The bell pendant or charm is stamped STERLING. Chain is an Italian box necklace chain and is also stamped 925 and IBB and INDO near the spring ring clasp. The clasp opens and closes securely.
Chain measures approx. 20'' long.
The necklace (charm and chain) weigh 5.6 grams.
Markings: The pendant bell charm is marked STERLING on the tag hanging from the charm and the chain is marked 925 near the clasp.
The necklace is in nice vintage condition. This was polished just a little bit to give some shine.
Great vintage piece that is dainty and would be lovely for a young child or a bell collector (not a bill collector)!
