Vintage set of VERY unique coffee cups or mugs with a rounded handle on the side. The handle is built into the mug's oval shape rather than being an added loop like most mug handles. The oval section that is the handle has a darker green trim around it. The handles are not hollow - no liquid goes into them.
The set of four ceramic coffee cups have an avocado green color, which was very hip color for kitchens in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The bottom of each mug says JAPAN.
In nice vintage condition with some crazing all over the cups and wear on the bottoms. The handle portions have light wear as well that is typical of mid century items. Item's price reflects conditions. See photos for detail.
Measure just shy of 4" high. Top opening is 2 1/2" in diameter. The mugs hold about 7 ounces.

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
