Vintage 3D!
The matching but different floral wall hangings in wood frames are from the Atlas Embossed Picture Co., Inc. from New York, NY, and called Embossarts. I believe they are circa 1940s.
They are signed Hannes Petersen and have a blackish blue colored background. They feature floral arrangements in vases with the colors ivory, orange, red, pink, blue, purple, tan, brown, light and dark greens. The wood frames are a golden brown.
Wonderful for Shabby Chic or Cottage Chic decors.
Both pictures are signed by the artist Hannes Petersen and have a tag on the back that reads ATLAS Embossed Picture Co., Inc. Exclusive Manufacturers of ATLAS "EMBOSSARTS" Pictures in Third Dimension New York, NY
They each measure 8" x 6"x 1" deep.
In nice vintage condition with light wear on the front commensurate with vintage age.
They are very worn on the back with the paper backings still hanging on for dear life. They both have a small loop on the back top for hanging on the wall. See photos for detail.
