Rogers Silverplate Spoon w/ Floral Design Vintage 1847 Rogers 1950 Large Bowl Ladle Serving Spoon
Vintage Rogers Bros ladle in the 1847 Rogers Bros line. This silverplate flatware features a pinwheel like floral pattern on the handle along with some diagonal slash marks. There is no monogram.
The bowl in this serving piece has scalloped edges on the upper portion, while the front section has no scalloped edging. The interior of the bowl on this ladle has some lines that extend downward from the scalloped designs and end about 1 1/2" down.
Measures 11" long. The bowl is about 4" wide.
The ladle is marked 1847 ROGERS BROS AI and there is a hallmarks stamp as well.
This piece is in nice vintage condition with some patina and light usage marks here or there commensurate with vintage age.
