Pair of Mid century Glasses Black & Gold Cocktail or Wide Tumbler Glasses - 2 Vintage / Retro Mid Century Modern Drinkware
A classy pair of unique large rocks or wide tumbler glasses from the mid century. Each has a black and gold design along the top that is that of a cliff that looks like the Prudential Insurance Co. logo type of shape that is inside a circle. This alternates with a design that is more floral. These 6 circles go around the top. Under that is a black and gold decorative and complimentary design that features leafy swirls in a crossing pattern. A very handsome pairof mid century glasses.
Measurements:
Each glass is 4 1/4“ tall. The top opening has a 3 1/2“ diameter. Each holds approx. 12 oz. comfortably.
Both glasses are in really nice vintage condition - glass is clear with no chips or cracks and little wear to the gold. They look as they may not have been used very much. One glass has an smooth but uneven top rim with a couple of higher ridges in the glass that was made during production - see last photo.
