A 20 piece set of vintage mid century Federal Glass Co. glasses that are in three different sizes. The style of these glasses is called Executive and they have been stored in their original box. There are 20 of these platinum band glass in total even though the box says 24. (Four are missing from the complete set advertised on the box exterior.)
All three sizes of this mad men era glasses feature a simple straight up and down cylindrical shape and a bold platinum band around the top of each glass that is about 1/2" wide.
There are three different sized glasses. There are different numbers of glasses in these three sizes and they are:
Large - 4 glasses
Medium - 8 glasses
Small - 8 glasses
The capacity for these sizes are as follows:
Large - holds 11 oz.
Medium - holds 8 oz.
Small - holds 5 oz.
The retro set of drinkware or barware is in nice Vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some have no wear all to the platinum bands on the rim. One has a scratch all around the rim as shown in the photo that is either from storage or was done in production - see photo #6.
Overall, these circa 1960s glasses look wonderful, especially for being about 60 years old.
