Wonderful vintage genuine pearl necklace featuring a single strand of off-white or ivory colored graduated sized pearls and an ornate filigree 10K gold clasp that is hallmarked.
The pearls range in size from 7 1/2 mm to 3 mm in size. The 7 1/2 mm pearl is in the very center and the size of pearl gradually goes to the 3 mm pearls at the ends of this single strand necklace.
This retro pearl necklace is 17" long or just between Choker and Princess Length and is circa mid-century in age.
The pearls are all individually hand knotted on silk thread. In all there are 81 pearls on this pearl necklace.
The white gold ornate fishhook clasp opens and closes securely. The clasp is marked 10K and has pictorial hallmark.
A great vintage pearl necklace that would look great with any outfit - a retro classic!
