Scotty dog teapot from the 1940s and made in Germany. This adorable collectible teapot features a while and black Scotty dog with a dark dusty pink bow around his neck. What is unique about this pup is that the bow ribbon trails down all the way to its tail - this makes up the handle portion of the teapot. The two paws in a begging position are the spout.

Measures 7 1/2" high and is 6" wide at widest point from handle to tip of spout. About 4" from side to side.

Has GERMANY ERPHILA with a ER Logo and EST 1888 stamped on the bottom and some embossed numbers of 67023.

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks and some interior discoloration and light crazing as would be expected a teapot of this vintage age which is circa 1920 - 1940s.
