A vintage 12K gold filled round ornate locket that is etched on the front and plain on the back side. It features an etched oval design with tiny flower accent in the very center. The elements of the design on the front are filled with black enamel to really make them stand out. The sides of this oval pendant are beveled. The back of the locket is plain with no design.
The locket hangs nicely from its new 18” long 14K gold filled Rolo chain. The locket closes securely.
The inside of the locket has 2 photo wells that are currently empty. The oval wells are ready for your photos! The bale is fanned and has a few vertical accent lines etched on it.
The locket is in fair to nice vintage condition with wear and scratching consistent with vintage age. There is wear and loss to the gold fill where the base metal is exposed especially on the edges — see photos for detail. Item's price reflects this condition.
The chain is marked GF 12K 1/20 on the clasp. Chain clasp closes securely.
The locket is marked DASOM and 1/20 12K GF on the inner well.
Locket measures approx. 3/4" x 5/8”.
