Vintage large and round emerald green glass pitcher that is most likely from the Depression era. It has a very round bulbous shaped body that is clear green glass. The spout is pinched. This tall and heavy vintage glass pitcher that is a lovely green color also has wonderful striated handle - see photos for detail.
Measures approx. 8 1/2" high. Top opening is about 4" in diameter. It is 6" across the widest part of this round pitcher. The base has a 4" diameter.
The large pitcher holds 14 cups or 112 oz.
Weighs more than 2 1/2 lbs. before packaging for shipment - a hefty and large sized piece.
In nice vintage condition with light signs of wear commensurate with vintage age with a small flaw under the spout on on side - see photo #10. Quite a lovely piece and sure to be a conversation starter.
