Vintage blue and white china coffee pot by T G Green, an English company that made this porcelain coffee pot. A very cute and preppy style with polka dots on a blue background.
Marked on the bottom T. G. Green LTD ENGLAND.
This line was designed by Judith Onions and Martin Hunt in 1968. Jersey Blue was part of the Channel Islands Range by TG Green, which they named after the individual Channel lslands of Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Guernse.
Measurements:
Pot with lid on - 6 1/2" high
Pot alone - 5" high
8" wide from tip of spout to end of handle.
In nice vintage condition with no cracks. A small repair under the spout. Light wear/discoloration on the bottom as would be expected an item from the mid century. Item's price reflects these conditions.
Still a perky blue and white dotted retro coffee pot!
