Vintage or antique cast metal bookend that features a tall ship sailing on the sea, with rolling waves underneath the boat. The ship has 2 flags on the top and has three sets of 2 sails. This bookend is quite heavy and could also be used as a door stop.
This single Ship brass colored bookend has a dark burnished color lots of patina.
It would be a great library decor item with such wonderful patina.
Measures approx. 5" high and 5" wide. About 2" deep.
This single bookend is quite heavy, weighing in at about 3 1/3 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
The bookend is nice vintage or antique condition with lots of patina and wear. This item is probably circa 1920-1940s.
