Vintage Green Crackle Glass Vase - Handblown Green Glass with Wavy Top - Retro Home Kitchen Decor or Serving Hand Blown Table Centerpiece

$16.20

Sorry, this item has sold.

Mediums sized gorgeous green crackle glass vase. The vase is hand blown and is the fattest at the bottom, sloping up to a thinner shape at the neck and then curving into a wavy/flowing shape at the top.

Crackle glass was made by blowing molten glass into a shape in a mold, then dipping it into water or sawdust, and then re-firing it to seal the cracks. This process resulted in glass that sparkles in sunlight.

Bubbles in the glass in occasional places as is normal for hand blown glass pieces. The pontil on the bottom also shows the item was hand blown.

Measures approx. 6 3/4" high. Base has a 3 1/2" diameter (at widest).

Condition: In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some very light signs of wear. Quite a lovely piece in a beautiful, bright color.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
