Vintage Pair ART DECO Glass Vases Orange Glass w/ Hand Painted w Multi Color Trim - Unique Pair of Short Cased Glass Vases
Set of 2 matching orange Art Deco vases with very unusual decorations hand painted on them. They are cased glass and you can see see the clear glass on the bottoms. The painted features green, amber and red colored painted dots encircled with gold that are outlined with a black design. The black has swirls and curves at the base of the vases but at the neck, features a v-shaped notch that appears three times around each neck of the vase. (It almost looks like a neckline on a shirt.)
The cluster of colored dots appears three times around the base of each vase. There are lines around the top opening, the bottom design and around the vase.
Both vases are in wonderful vintage condition with no chips or cracks. For their age, circa 1920-1940, the paint is in nice vintage condition.
Vases stand 5 1/4" tall, bases measure 1 3/4" in diameter. The op opening is 1 1/2" in diameter. At the widest section of these matching retro vases, it measures about 3" in diameter.
Very sweet little Art Deco home decor accent pieces with a great orange color.
