A large and quite heavy carved wooden elephant that is stained a very dark brown, almost black color.
He has an uplifted trunk, carved eyes and lines on his forehead, and on each side of his trunk. There are two holes where he would have tusks. His ears are laid back and each one has three lines carved in it. His tail curves slightly to one side.
This elephant weighs in at nearly 6 lbs. before packaging for shipment.
He measures approx. 14 1/2" wide from end to tip of trunk, 12" high and about 5 1/2" wide at thickest point.
In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Very light wear - see photos for detail.
