Vintage Sexton kitchen wall decor / clock set made of metal that are modeled after a kitchen canister set. The design is that of an old fashioned wood barrel with either red or yellow apples on the front. The clock works and has an hour, minute and second hand. The dated set from the mid century has a clock that features a red and a yellow apple while the other pieces have only one apple - two pieces have yellow and two have red apples.
The 5 piece retro kitchen decor and clock set, the largest "canister" being the clock, comes along with a flour and sugar that are medium sized and smaller tea and coffee pieces.
The back of each has a hook for hanging. Each also says SEXTON USA and a copyright symbol on it and 1967 and the model number 1509 on the backs.
Good vintage condition - hardly any wear, and they still look great. Great item from the mid century for a retro kitchen. Very kitschy!
The clock does keep time and takes one AA battery to run. The second hand is slightly bent - see photo closeup for detail.
