Retro Large Metal Spoon and Fork Set - Vintage Mid Century Boho Kitsch - Large black retro cast iron Wall Hanging by Robert Emig. See NOTE below about him.
What mid century retro kitchen design would be complete without the Oversized Spoon and Fork Set? And this set is a unique one made out of cast iron in a striking flat black color that would be amazing on a white or light colored wall. There is a tulip shape cut out of the handle giving them more personality than usual.
They are in a nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks in the metal. Light chipping on the black paint - see photos for detail.
The pair are marked on the back with "EMIG 1297F 2"
The Retro Oversized Ceramic Spoon and Fork Set are about 19 1/4" long for each piece. They are about 4" widest the widest point.
NOTE:
The Robert Emig Company of Reading, PA was in operation in the 1950s and 1960s. The company produced a large number of trivets and other decor items out of cast iron.
