Adorable and super kitschy small pair of vintage blue, tan, and brown ceramic pottery candlestick holders. This pair that are very mid century kitsch, are a royal blue color on the bases and on the candle insert holder area. On this little holder itself, is the outlines of a slightly lighter blue leaf shape that go around the holder 4 times.
The baby/angel/cherubs that are seated on the base and hold the candle holder itself are a light tan with brown hair, dark eye brows, lashes and red lips. The painting on the faces is quite detailed. There is a blue drape on their backsides to cover their assets. The bases are an oval shape and are hollow - see photo.
Each measure approx. 3" x 2" at the base. They are 2 5/8" high.
In nice vintage condition with no cracks. Some light chipping on the top rim of one - see photo closeup. Light wear consistent with vintage age and light use marks on the bottoms as well as some remains of tape (see close up photos for details).
