This is such a pretty bedroom accessory for displaying your treasures, perfume bottles, jewelry, or makeup. The gold toned metal edged frame has a nice patina that blends beautifully with both shabby chic and Hollywood Regency decors. This particular mirrored vanity tray is a larger size and while rectangular, it has rounded corners.
The oval make up mirror tray with a gold metal filigree edging measures approx. 12" by 9" wide and is about 1" high. The edges are gold colored metal with a floral and leaf design that rounds/ bends outward slightly so that you can see the design all around the mirror.
The tray has a dark maroon or brownish colored velvet backing so that it won't scratch anything that is in fairly nice original vintage condition - some wear consistent with age on the back where the velvet has worn - see photo #5. There are no chips on the mirror. There are light scratches on the mirror and use marks here or there as would be expected a mirror from the mid century.
The gold frame is still quite bright and has very little patina. Overall, in nice vintage condition.
