Retro white bead necklace that is two strands of graduated beads on top of each other. They start at the ends at 3 1/2mm in size and get to 8 1/2"mm at the center bead. The double strands are held in place by a horizontal bar at each end that has 4 small white beads embedded in it. The is a great old fashioned hook and chain with a drop bead at the end to keep the necklace on. The chain/beaded clasp section is about 3" long so there is some room to adjust the length of this choker necklace.
The beads are knotted in between on the necklace strands themselves.
In nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age - circa Post WWII era.
Marked JAPAN on the clasp hook.
Approx. 15" long from end to end including hook and beaded hook area where clasp hooks around chain between beads. (Beaded hook area is 3 1/4" in length.)
