What a unique piece! This wooden bowl on a pedestal is a real conversation started with its great carved design and two tone wood coloring. The lid and base have carved design elements as well. The base on this round pedestal wood bowl is wide - about the same width as the bowl above.
The carved areas have crosshatching, a flower with a round center lines and some cut out areas. The top has a flower shape with four petals - see photos.
Approx. Measurements:
Bowl - 8" high with lid on. 7" high without lid. About 5 1/2" diameter at widest point.
Lid - 1 1/2" high and 4 1/2" diameter
All wood construction and is in nice vintage shape with some slight signs of wear commensurate with vintage age. See photos.
Great home decor piece that could also be functional to hold an item(s) you desire.
The interior would hold item(s) that would fit inside a 3 1/2” high x 5” wide space.
