Vintage Brass Ice Bucket or Planter - Made in Belgium - 2 Lion Handles w/ Floral Embossed Front Design Retro Solid Brass Home Garden Decor
Large solid brass ice bucket, planter, pot or storage decor container that is marked MADE IN BELGIUM on the bottom. It has an embossed basket with fruit and a floral design of the front and a plain back. There are two ring handles on either side that hang from a prominent lion's head - see photo close up.
Makes a great planter, home decor piece and could also be used as an ice bucket as originally intended.
Measures about 8" high and is 8" in diameter across the top.
In nice vintage condition with some wear, tarnish and patina as would be expected an item that is brass , circa 1970s and was probably used as an ice bucket. Most patina/oxidization seen near the base/bottom from moisture - see photos for detail.
