Vintage pr antique diamond shaped ornate filigree frame that features an oval pink shell cameo in the center. Pendant on this necklace features a carved shell female cameo of a woman surrounded by a very ornate silver filigree frame setting. The bottom points of the diamond shape have an looped design on the edges as well. The pendant is unmarked.
Pendant hangs on a sterling silver chain that is marked 925 and ITALY on the link next to the clasp.
The cameo pendant necklace is in nice vintage condition. Cameo is free of chips / cracks. Clasp on chain opens and closes securely. Could be cleaned - I left as is as some folks prefer some patina.
