Mid century Candlestick Holders Angels 0r Cherubs w/ Gold Accents Hand Painted China Candlestick Holders - Japan Original Stickers Intact

$25.20

Sorry, this item has sold.

Very kitschy pair of mid-century angel candle holders that have very expressive faces with long eyelashes and ruby red lips. The pair have flesh colored bodies with a gold ribbon draped across their fronts. The bases are an ivory color with the same gold color with some accent detail painted on them. The backs are plain with no painting. The two angels face in different directions and each has one hand upraised.

Made in Japan in the mid century.

The bottoms of each still have the original stickers that say JAPAN on them.

Measure 6" tall. Bases are 3 1/4"x 2".

In nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks in the china. Paint has light wear as would be expected an item from the post WWII era.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
