A pair of vintage wood bookends. Beautiful, colorful design and a great example of Mexican Folk Art. Hand carved and hand painted set of Wooden Siesta Bookends, carved of wood and painted with white, reds and greens, these two (possibly one man, one woman) are sleeping under the shade of their sombreros.
Size: Each bookend measures almost 5'' tall by approx. 3 1/2''.
Condition: A few signs of use, but nothing that would deter from the appeal or charm of these bookends. Good vintage condition. Some light wear to the paint, but nothing noticeable. See close up photos for more detail.
