A vintage sterling silver locket heart necklace with sterling chain. Heart pendant has a locket for pictures and marcasite stones in the that cover the front. The right hand portion of the heart has a curved in design that give this locket an interesting shape. The back side of the locket is plain with no decorations.
The sterling silver chain is marked STERLING on the spring ring clasp. Chain clasp works well.
The inside of one side of the locket is marked 925 and has a makers mark (initials). The locket is in nice vintage condition with wear consistent with vintage age. Locket closes securly with a snap.
Locket measures approx. 3/4" long (not including bale - 1'' long with bail) and 3/4" wide. Dainty link vintage sterling Italian box chain is about 15" long.
