This is a rather large rooster cast iron doorstop or mantlepiece item. This cast iron home decor item from yesteryear is a reddish brown. The rooster sits on a pedestal base that has grass detail on it - see last photo.
This door stop is in nice vintage condition and has some wear/rusty color as one would expect due to its age - see photos. There are little brown felt pads on the base in 5 places.
Measures approx. 12" high, 10" across and is 3" deep.
Weighs 5 lbs. 2 oz. without packaging.
