Mid century Haeger Earth Wrap Pottery Vase - Ivory Brown Rust Large Home Decor - Pottery Vase by Alrun Osterberg Guest Mid century

Sorry, this item has sold.

A beautiful and earth tone vase by Royal Haeger that has an ivory/white base with a brown and rust colored free form and scaly glaze over the ivory base. This light colored vase was designed by Alrun Osterberg Guest for Royal Haeger and was popular in the 1970s.

Measures 11" high. Top opening is 4 1/2" wide. Base has a 7 1/2" diameter.

NOTE:
Alrun Guest was Chief Designer at Haeger from 1969 to the present. Well aware of the trends in color and design in Europe, as she was from Germany, her glazes are appreciated by discerning collectors today.

In nice vintage condition with no cracks. Light wear on bottom and discoloration on inside bottom of vase as would be expected an item from the 1970s. See photos for detail.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
