Vintage Lusterware Teapot Japan Turquoise w/ Windmill - Hand painted Lusterware Teapot Vintage Tableware Kitchen Decor / Cottage
Vintage handpainted lusterware teapot with a lid that features an ornate lattice-like white design on the top turquoise section and a windmill designs with light blue, greens, browns and reds on the front. The background has a light grey or green cast to it. The lid is solid turquoise, as is the spout and handle.
This wonderful teapot is in nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
Some wear to the bottom as would be expected items of this age. Says MADE IN JAPAN on the bottom and has the name and address of a former owner on a sticker too.
Measurements:
Teapot - 5 1/2" to top of knob on the lid. Measures approx. 9" from tip of spout to end of handle.
