Vintage Hand Blown tangerine color Art Glass Bottle or decanter with a clear glass stopper that while unmarked, is a Blenko art glass piece from the mid century. Make in 1973, it is number 7321.
This eye-catching art glass ombre glass bottle has large round bulbous body with red and yellow glass, and has a round and heavy clear glass stopper. The yellow is in the mid section with some red at the bottom and most of it at the top. Both the tangerine color and shape are what make this bottle or decanter unique.
The glass is hand blown as evidenced by the bubbles in the glass in various places and the distinct pontil on the bottom of the bottle - see photo 34.
The decanter is 10 1/2" tall with the stopper in. It is 9" tall without the stopper. It is approx. 5" wide (diameter) at the widest part. The stopper has a 2 1/2" diameter at the widest part.
In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some wear on bottom consistent with vintage age which is circa 1970s to 1980s. Great home decor item from the mid century!
