Sorry, this item has sold.

Tall and slender mid century Huronia pottery pitcher with a lid in a marbled brown and ivory colored reflow glaze. Lid has a straw rope that ties it to the pitcher.

Original HURONIA POTTERY LTD, MADE IN CANADA sticker still intact on the bottom - see last photo. See NOTE below about Huronia Pottery.

Measures 15" high to top of lid. About 9" across from handle to tip of spout.

No chips or cracks - in very nice vintage condition.

NOTE:
Huronia Pottery Ltd was founded by Tom Hrcek, a Czech immigrant who had worked at Blue Mountain Pottery. It was located in Ontario Canada, and was closed in the mid 1970's. Huronia is known for their unique reflow flame glaze technique, which made a vertical design rather than the typical horizontal design.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
