Many of these vases exist today as they were very popular in the mid century BUT there are not many this tall - 23" high. (It is so tall that it extends off of my photo background and shows my son's 1990's wallpaper that screams to be replaced.)
I believe that this tall Amberina stretched Swung art glass vase is a Viking Glass vase. It has both a yellow base and yellow glass at the top opening with a red glass in between.
The vase is a smooth shape from top to bottom - some Viking Glass vases had ribs in the glass on the bottom portion, but this does not.
Measures 23" tall, base has 4" diameter. Approx. 5" wide at widest point.
No cracks. The top portion of the vase has chipped or nicked areas that are shown best in photo #3. Where the glass is chipped, it is has an opaque brownish color inside. Item price reflects this condition.
Great yellow color at the top and on the base that fades to red in the center section, which is the bulk of this large home decor piece.
