A wonderful vintage wood box with an etched lid and handle/knob on the lid. It is a rectangular shape and the wood lid has no hinge - it sits inside the box portion. I believe the wood is mahogany.
The etchings are a feathery shape and even the lid has this design on its top.
Lightly worn with nicks and wear mark in various places and a small crack on the lid - see photo #5 - this vintage wooden box is aged to perfection. In nice vintage condition all in all.
Measures 9" x 5" and is about 2" high.
The interior measurements are 7 1/2" x 3" x 1 3/4" deep.
