A vintage CQ&R Company gold filled etched round locket on a new 14K gold filled chain.
This locket is circa 1940s or earlier.
The locket features a shield shape on the front that is studded with clear glass or paste gems. There are raised ribbon shapes around the central shield shape. The back of the circular locket is plain with no design.
The locket closes securely. Inside it would be able to hold two photos.
The locket is marked CQ&R on the inside. The spring ring clasp on the gold filled chain is marked 1/20 14K.
This retro Locket would be a great vintage gift for a young lady.

Weighs 12.0 grams total.
In fair vintage condition with lots of wear commensurate with vintage age. There is loss of the gold fill on the front and back - see photos for detail. Item’s price reflects condition.
The curb chain is new and in very nice condition.
