Amazing and large oval gold tone metal locket with a raised cursive letter T on the front on a long heavy gold tone metal curb chain. The letter "T" on this oval locket is shiny, but the area around it had a burnished tone or color. The locket has a fold over clasp. The locket closes securely with a snap.
The locket opens to house two oval shaped photos. The back is plain with the burnished finish. The edges of the locket have some nice raised and scalloped designs. The layers on this outer edge are tiered feature lines, both vertical and horizontal. Some light wear to the locket which gives it a bit of a shabby chic / boho feel.
The back of the locket is marked KRAMER. The chain is not marked and it is a heavy gold tone metal curb chain that is 26" long.
This necklace is a lovely vintage locket necklace. The vintage locket opens and closes securely as does the spring ring closure on the chain.
Condition: In nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age with light use marks and light wear from storage - see photos. The necklace comes in the display box from the Evans store that says EVANS ELEGANCE on the front. The store tag from the shop is also still attached to the locket on the chain.
Measurements:
Chain Length "26".
Locket is approx. 2" long x 1 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep.
