Vintage etched and repousse yellow gold filled Heart Shaped locket with a 14K gold filled Chain.
Vintage circa mid century etched heart locket pendant necklace that is stamped P&K for the Pittman and Keeler Company on one of the inside frames. The gold filled heart shaped locket features etched and raised designs on the front. The etched center design on the front is a heart that has some etched designs above it in the shape of a bow. There is a textured border around the heart in the middle. All around the outer front edges is a raised design of swirls and tiny flowers.
The locket hangs from a 14K gold filled chain with a spring ring clasp that opens and closes securely. The chain has has 1/20 14K GF on the clasp.
Etched heart pendant including the bale is approx. 7/8" long x 3/4" wide.
The chain is 18" in length.

Heart locket with chain weighs 6.8 grams in total.
The locket alone weighs 6.2 grams.
The chain alone weighs 0.6 grams
This Retro era heart shaped locket is in fair to nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with vintage age. There is some discoloration and wear to the textured section around the front of the center etched heart. The back has some fine scratching consistent with vintage wear/age. See photos for detail. Price reflects condition.
A very sweet heart locket from the 1940-1960 time frame. While there is some wear to the front of this "Timeworn Treasure", it can continue to provide joy!
