Adorable etched front book locket. This vintage locket is gold tone metal and has a rectangular shape. There is an etched design with overlapping ovals that make a type of floral design on the front in the center. The back is plain with no design and has a shiny finish. The locket has a fold over clasp and it closes securely. Inside it folds out into four pages and can hold photos in the two oval frame holder as well as in the rectangular pages.
(The inside of the locket holds 1 oval shaped photo1 and can hold 3 rectangular photos in the other 3 pages.)
The locket is on a long (18”) gold tone metal chain that has a spring ring clasp. The locket has a fanned bale.
This locket is in nice vintage condition with wear commensurate with age. Some wear to the clasp on the chain. Chain closes securely. Item's price reflects conditions.
Measures 1 1/8" long (without bale) and 7/8" wide.
The chain is 18" long.
