Leaf shaped dish in yellow with very bold 22 K gold on the outside and sides.
The yellow interior of this leaf dish is pearlescent so it has a rainbow of colors in its shine. The veins of the leaf rim through the inside and on the bottom of the dish.
The top of this dish has a small loop where the the stem of the leaf bends down and touches the back of the leaf making a small handle. The sides curl in and show off the gold this way. Has 4 little feet on the bottom.
I believe this retro home decor piece was made by the Pearl China Company in the mid century and has on the back the words WARRANTED 22 K GOLD USA. Some light wear on sides and bottom as would be expected with a vintage item of this age.
No chips or cracks and in nice condition.
Measures approx 9" long and 4 1/2" wide. Is about 1 1/2" high but varies due to design.
