A vintage 5 piece set of wood and chrome serving bowls perfect for serving or for display. All 5 bowls have great wood grain and a decorative chrome band at the bottom that features a pattern with leaves on it - see photos for detail. The round bowls with flat sides have a upturned rim edge all around the top opening. They taper in to meet the chrome pedestal base. The chrome bases have vertical leaves all around them. The bases and the wooden section of the bowls are screwed together at the bottom.
Measurements:
main serving bowl -9 3/4" in diameter and 4 1/2" high. Base has a 6" diameter.
individual bowls - 6" in diameter and 2 1/2" high. Bases have a 3 3/4" diameter.
All give pieces are in nice vintage condition - a few light marks here and there as would be expected items that are circa 1970s. From the top, these don’t appear to have gotten much use - they look beautiful! From the underside, there is some discoloration and patina on the chrome.
