Distinctive blue Satin glass piece with a handle that is embossed around the bowl with a floral design that appears to be roses on a vine. The handle is round and arches over he slightly upturned sides of this retro piece tht is shaped like a basket with a scalloped top edge. The handle has a little starburst shape in the glass where it attaches to the round basket base - this was typical of a Fenton Glass Company piece but I am not sure of its maker.
As it is blue satin glass, this vintage home decor item lends itself to a variety of way to display it - anything colorful would get a boost when placed by it.
Measures approx. 7" high and is 7" wide x 8" long.
This vintage blown art glass basket has no chips or cracks. There are some scratches in the glass here and there commensurate with its vintage age. Overall, the basket is in nice vintage condition! Circa 1970s - late mid century.
