Beautiful solid cast iron black trivet with a matte finish in the front and a bit shinier finish on the bank. It is in the Family Tree pattern. It is dated 1951 on the back and stamped with the mark of JZH for John Zimmerman Harner, a company that made a number of these types of black cast iron trivets in the 1940s through the 1960s. There are four small pedestal pegs for feet on the back side.
Lovely trivet! Very unique and ornate in the Tree of Life pattern that was called Family Tree.
Measures 8 1/2" long x 5 1/2" wide.
Good vintage condition, slight signs of use. Great for dining table accent, kitchen or wall decor.
